12. Design a Value Proposition in a complex Ecosystem
The electric car ecosystem is quite complex. The goal of this mission was to create alignment around a common visiona and value prop among the members of a startup's core team.

Context
The electric car ecosystem is messy. Between the drivers and the electricity providers, there are many smaller actors, each focussed on a tiny section of the whole.
As a result, the end-user suffers from not understanding what he pays to whom. Delmonicos is a startup that aims to simplify this system, improving the user experience.
However, the actual system is so complicated that even Delmonicos' partners couldn't find alignment on a vision for their service.
Approach
We started interviewing each partner to get different view of the ecosystem. With each interview, we mapped out the ecosystem in infographic form.
Then we facilitated a remote workshop with the core team. We challenged the ‘As Is’ situation and helped the team agree on a ‘To Be’ vision.
